Every Friday, starting July 28th, 2022, I will be taking four questions I receive and provide some insight, answers, direction, suggestions and opening up the conversations for others to help provide answers based on their life experiences. I have created this blog so together we can help each other find ways to cope and live the best lives we can live, to appreciate and enjoy what we have and to explore the many ways we can find happiness. Since announcing the launch of 65&Older, I have received more than 50 emails from my family and friends and their family and friends. The stories, questions and comments are very similar and that surprised me. It also convinced me that this was a great place to help others. I'm not an expert at anything. I'm not a doctor.
